Job Summary

A non-profit organization helping under-insured population with health coverage and a provider network is seeking a Remote Health Insurance Quality Improvement Program Specialist in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting assessments and analysis of data related to quality improvement topics
  • Completign assigned Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs)/Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) Cycle submissions
  • Developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating interventions and improvement activities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, healthcare delivery systems, project management or program development and evaluation
  • Knowledge of the concepts of managed health care
  • Knowledge of personal computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Ability to Manage projects
  • Ability to facilitate meetings
  • Ability to analyze data
