Job Summary
A provider of healthcare consulting, technology solutions, and business process outsourcing services is in need of a Remote Health IT Quality Assurance Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance audits of work as assigned by Leadership
- Prioritizing workloads to ensure timeliness and quality standards are met
- Conducting necessary research and coordination as necessary for all QA activities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a safe and secluded at-home office that is free of normal household distractions
- Typing speed of 35wpm with at least 85% accuracy
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
- Must have basic computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
