Job Summary
A privately-held population health management solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Management Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Monitor inbound call queues and representative status throughout the day to ensure schedule adherence and to shift resources
- Create ad hoc reporting as necessary to meet tight deadlines and customer requests
- Prepare and distribute monthly call mix by client reporting to identify trends and areas of opportunity
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant workforce management call center experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
- Ability to create, prepare and present reports accurately within the time frame specified
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Workforce Management software (WebEx CC and Calabrio a plus)
