Job Summary

A nonprofit IT company has an open position for a Remote Health Organizational Effectiveness and Outreach Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Addressing social and organizational influences and structure within the healthcare delivery context
• Developing OCM transition strategies, partnering with our Federal partners to develop comprehensive people-centric plans
• Supporting development of OCM transition strategies,

Required Skills:

• Master’s Degree/Ph.D. in Organizational Change Management or related field
• At least 7 years working in health organizational effectiveness, healthcare environment, or healthcare related education
• At least 2 years working in health organizational effectiveness, healthcare environment, or healthcare related education
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience developing concepts, processes, and systems that support organizational change
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated proficiency and strength in verbal, written, PC, presentation, and communication skills,
