Remote Health Plan Application Operations Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Health Plan Application Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and maintaining production control processes for internal file transfers
• Implementing and managing automated file transfer protocols
• Developing and maintaining production control processes for oversight of TPA vendors

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 4 or more years’ experience with solutions design and implementation
• 3 or more years’ experience in technical operations
• 3 or more years’ experience in Healthcare and Healthcare data
• 2 or more years’ experience in Claims, Provider and/or Eligibility background
• 2 or more years’ experience in establishing a Production Control monitoring process
