Job Summary
An outsourcing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Plan Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens
- Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
- Resolve any customer questions while providing an exceptional customer experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be willing to work 30-40 hours
- Basic computer navigation skills and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- An Intel or AMD PC/ laptop running Windows 10 operating system with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM
