Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Health Plan Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from our customers on issues related to benefit eligibility
  • Guide and educate callers on their prescription benefits
  • Identify issues and communicate solutions

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Ability to work 8 hour shift Sun-Sat 7am-10:30pm CST
