Remote Health Plan Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Health Plan Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from our customers on issues related to benefit eligibility
- Guide and educate callers on their prescription benefits
- Identify issues and communicate solutions
Required Skills:
- High school diploma / GED (or higher)
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work 8 hour shift Sun-Sat 7am-10:30pm CST
