Job Summary

A benefits company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Plan Customer Service Representative in Irving.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Escalate calls to the necessary department when appropriate
  • Answer questions from providers and members about benefits and eligibility
  • Make callbacks to customers as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • A professional phone voice
  • Must possess good, basic computer and typing skills
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • College or University degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of inbound call center experience in the health insurance industry preferred
