Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Eligibility Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching and correcting enrollment errors
  • Processing Primary Care Provider (PCP) change requests
  • Sending letters to members with terming PCPs and/or Specialist

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Demonstrated computer literacy required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a matrix-management environment
