Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Eligibility Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and correcting enrollment errors
- Processing Primary Care Provider (PCP) change requests
- Sending letters to members with terming PCPs and/or Specialist
Position Requirements Include:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Demonstrated computer literacy required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a matrix-management environment
