Job Summary

A healthcare solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Plan Member Call Center Trainer.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct new hire and up-training in a virtual classroom environment
  • Create an environment which supports a collaborative learning experience
  • Provide evaluations of employee performance to management as required

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel to attend or deliver training or to monitor
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Two (2) years’ experience in training and/or customer call center experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning techniques and best practices in training delivery
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health insurance plans
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
