A recruitment and staffing services provider has a current position open for a Remote Health Plan Member Services Representative in Baltimore.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients, and providers
• Prepare customers to fully utilize and maximize the benefits of their coverage
• Build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members
