Job Summary
A company that offers an employer-facing mental health solution has a current position open for a Remote Health Plan Operations Vice President in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Setting and delivering on Health Plan Operations strategy quarter over quarter in support of company objectives
- Working cross-functionally and strategically with Finance, Business Development, Business Operations, Care Operations, Client Success, Product, Data Science, Medical Affairs and the Executive Team to achieve shared success and impact
- Leading, managing and efficiently growing the Health Plan Operations Team (Payer Solutions, Member Benefits & Billing, and Quality & Compliance) with a member-first and metrics-driven approach
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in operations, healthcare administration and strategy with a proven ability to oversee successful revenue cycle management at or above $10M annually
- 5+ years of cross-functional leadership and management experience at the VP level in a high-growth startup and/or healthcare systems
- Direct healthcare experience working with payers, providers, and health systems
