Job Summary
A technology-enabled healthcare company. is in need of a Remote Health Plan Outbound Sales Member Engagement Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Call contracted health plan members to reach those who are underserved
- Enroll health plan members into the health program
- Help members get more from their health plan and improve their health
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma
- 2 + years of outbound sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in high volume sales to consumers
- Ability to establish trust quickly, overcome objections, and be persuasive over the phone
- Excellent oral and written communications with strong listening/comprehension abilities
- Confident using multiple applications on your work computer while holding a conversation
