A health care provider is filling a position for a Remote Health Plan Statistician in Pittsburgh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify departmental needs and report to management as appropriate
• Implement and monitor effectiveness of these solutions
• Monitor program results against appropriate benchmarks

Qualifications Include:

• A masters' degree in mathematics, statistics or biostatistics, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in statistical analysis
• Experience in health care insurance/industry preferred, or relevant experience in other industries
• Superior computer skills
• Knowledge of statistical software packages
• Advanced mathematical skills including statistics
