Job Summary
A leading operations management and analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Health Pre Audit Coordinator I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering Provider phone calls, request missing documentation, log and return voicemail
- Monitoring and responding to email correspondence, both internal and external
- Performing quality review of client letters, ensuring accuracy of format, spelling and grammar
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Highly organized, detail oriented and solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to positively and comfortably handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
