Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Health Program Representative I or II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Record call details and utilize call scripts as needed based on client requirements
• Gather and record appropriate member information in accordance with policies and procedures via telephone
• Handle inbound/outbound enrollment and engagement calls with eligible members

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 6 months experience in Level 1 role; or any combination of education and experience
• HS diploma or the equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to perform in multiple systems
• Past experience demonstrating analytical thinking
