Job Summary
A leader in providing solutions to accelerate the lifecycle of innovation has a current position open for a Remote Health Provider Engagement Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for product support, retention, renewals, upselling and forecasting with your clients
- Maintaining these relationships and generate new leads with our New-Business Sales Team
- Demonstrating, and training on, relevant functionality and content to specific end user workflows
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of customer support or sales experience
- Previous experience in the Hospital and Health Systems markets preferred
