Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Health Provider Onboarding Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Contributing to the achievement of established department goals and objectives
• Ensuring compliance with standard onboarding practices and procedures
• Following-up with appropriate departments/vendors/candidates at various of stages of process

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
• 2 years recent experience in high volume recruiting, or similar Human Resources experience
• No special certification, registration or licensure
• Strong critical thinking, organizational skills, accountability/ownership, and assertiveness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for effective communication with providers
• Ability to effectively multi-task and work under strict deadlines
