Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Health Provider Program Director.
Must be able to:
- Direct the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation and compliance
- Monitor delegate key performance metrics to identify deficiencies
- Present summary analysis and audit summaries of data
Position Requirements Include:
- 10 years in external client facing program management; or combination of education and experience
- Strong technical/PC skills
- People and relationship building skills, written communication skills, and provider network experience
- Positive and humble attitude, self-motivator, and willingness to adapt to frequent change in priorities
