Job Summary

A real estate company is filling a position for a Remote Health Safety Environment Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide strategic planning, programs, and tool development
• Evaluate and identify standards and controls for HSE hazards
• Coordinate with Procurement Manager and project team to ensure HSE compliance of any vendors onboarded

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors degree from four-year college or university in engineering, industrial safety, science, or related field
• 8 years of professional level HSE program management experience
• Must have experience leading in a matrix environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local health and safety, and environmental regulations
• Direct experience dealing with regulatory agencies and / or compliance officers
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents
