Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Health Services Stars Quality Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring Star rating performance and effectively communicates improvement opportunities
- Developing and managing clinical, member experience and/or operational improvements and programs
- Working closely with data analytics for timely monitoring of HEDIS/Stars program data submissions
Qualifications for this position include:
- A bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 4 years in an equivalent healthcare professional industry
- 7 years’ experience in health insurance
- 3 years experience Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid products required
- Strong background in Medicare and Medicaid Government Programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint)
