Job Summary
A provider of family support services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Services Training Quality and Enablement Manager.
Must be able to:
- Onboard, train, and provide quality assurance programs for a member services organization
- Design, deliver, and manage Family Guide training content for employees
- Develop and administer internal Quality Assurance program
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- B.S. or higher, preferably in Health Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quality assurance, training, enablement or member services role
- Experience designing, delivering, and measuring training for a variety of audiences
- Combination of technical and customer service acumen
- Experience with case/chart audit process including case identification, evaluation criteria, etc
- 3+ years of quality assurance and training experience
