Job Summary

A healthcare and pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Survey Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Gathering comprehensive information about a member’s medical needs
  • Being accountable to the highest level of compliance integrity
  • Championing for a member to the appropriate insurance team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • 3 years of experience in health care, customer service, telemarketing and/or sales
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology, health care, and the concepts of care management
  • Experience with computers, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
