Job Summary

A health technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Technology Complaint Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, investigate, and resolve complaints
  • Complete initial assessment of reportability and escalate to manager to determine action
  • Analyze complaint data, gathers additional data

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 2+ years professional experience in a complaints investigation role
  • Medical Device experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Be able to handle the receipt, processing, monitoring, and reporting of product defect complaints
