Job Summary

An online university has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Administration Academic Program Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supervising the full and part-time faculty assigned to the program
• Overseeing, evaluating and maintaining the quality and integrity of the MHA-Course Based program curriculum
• Mediating and resolving faculty and student issues

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to travel to two faculty meetings, residencies, and other events as needed
• Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in / Healthcare Administration, Health Management or a closely related field
• Demonstrated and relevant academic and professional background in Healthcare Management/Administration
• A significant record of intellectual and professional contributions to the field of Health Services
• Three to five years of teaching experience at the graduate level
• Evidence of effective academic leadership and management
• Experience teaching in an online environment
