Job Summary

A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Leave of Absence Call Center Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Educating and promoting the use of self-service tools and technology to help drive self-service utilization
• Communicating with colleagues, leaders, and other key stakeholders to assist with questions on leave administration
• Responding to leave of absence calls

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of Call Center experience
• Knowledge of FMLA, State leaves, Disability and HR
• Knowledge of call center applications
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
