Job Summary
A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Leave of Absence Call Center Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Educating and promoting the use of self-service tools and technology to help drive self-service utilization
- Communicating with colleagues, leaders, and other key stakeholders to assist with questions on leave administration
- Responding to leave of absence calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Call Center experience
- Knowledge of FMLA, State leaves, Disability and HR
- Knowledge of call center applications
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
