Job Summary

A legal solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Litigation Attorney.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct internal investigations
  • Oversee document production
  • Provide regulatory counseling for risk mitigation

Position Requirements Include:

  • Licensed in state of residence
  • Experience in fraud, waste, and abuse litigation matters
  • Experience with the False Claims Act, STARK, Anti-kickback, and Medicare/Medicaid matters required
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with immediate availability
  • Experience in the specific area of Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Litigation
  • Licensed attorney with 10+ years of experience working in-house and/or for a large firm
