Job Summary

A software platform creator needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Application Claims Management Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Manage a shared email box for all of RCM client requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Communicates= with internal and external customers via phone calls and written communications as needed
• Manage electronic clearinghouse to ensure claims are corrected and submitted daily and enrollments are in place for assigned clinics

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience in a business, medical or technical environment
• Previous experience in a medical office setting and/or experience with an Electronic Medical Record software
