Job Summary
A remote patient-monitoring solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HealthCare Application Support Specialist in El Paso.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting patients by phone with self-installation of devices
- Performing troubleshooting and device support
- Documenting accurately and comprehensively based on requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a call center environment
- 4 to 6 years relevant customer service work experience (Desired)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM while talking on the phone
