Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Associate Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships even when faced with challenging client relationships
  • Matching identified performance improvement opportunities
  • Analyzing and interpreting key performance indicators to identify successes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence both customers and internal stakeholders
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Professional Services, Account Management or Customer Support required
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening skills and use of discovery questions
  • Executive level communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical skills and comfort working with data and finances
