Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Associate Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships even when faced with challenging client relationships
- Matching identified performance improvement opportunities
- Analyzing and interpreting key performance indicators to identify successes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven ability to influence both customers and internal stakeholders
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Professional Services, Account Management or Customer Support required
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills and use of discovery questions
- Executive level communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data and finances
