Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Benefit Adjuster Representative 2.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process cancer, supplemental medical and/or routine disability claims
- Obtain and maintain call flow certifications in accordance with department performance metrics
- Ensure that claims are processed consistently and properly
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel up to 10%
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology
- Advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Advanced familiarity with CPT and ICD-9 coding
- Advanced contract knowledge
- Proficient with PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office
