Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Benefit Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting a variety of benefit analysis, audits and reporting
  • Researching and responding to escalated benefits inquires
  • Partnering with Human Resources on benefit and wellness related matters

Qualifications for this position include:

  • HS Diploma or GED is required
  • 3 years of work experience in Benefits and/or Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area of study, or equivalent
  • Ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with confidence and diplomacy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and proficiency with HR systems
