Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Benefit Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting a variety of benefit analysis, audits and reporting
- Researching and responding to escalated benefits inquires
- Partnering with Human Resources on benefit and wellness related matters
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- 3 years of work experience in Benefits and/or Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area of study, or equivalent
- Ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Ability to handle stressful situations with confidence and diplomacy
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and proficiency with HR systems
