Job Summary
A healthcare benefit management platform has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Benefit Management Large Group Account Lead.
Must be able to:
- Create trusted relationships with contacts
- Encourage other lines of business and account-based growth and deposits
- Resolve problems accurately, efficiently, and at the root cause
Qualifications for this position include:
- Six months in the HSA, HRA, FSA field or
- Experience in highly regulated markets such as financial services, investment management or healthcare
- One-year customer service to employer contacts, senior management and business decision makers
- Ability to coach and lead team mates to deliver best in class service
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
