Job Summary

A health services company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Benefit Operations Analytics Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build and execute the strategy for the Commercial Claims & Account-based Reporting / Insights
• Define Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence strategy
• Lead and drive engagement, culture and inclusion across high-performing and matrix teams

Qualifications Include:

• BA/BS degree and/or related field
• 15+ years of experience analyzing consumer and commercial insights to develop a holistic strategy
• 7+ years of experience in leadership role with direct experience leading teams
• Expert at strategic conceptualization both at a local level and enterprise level
• Solid analytical skills; recognized subject matter expert in the field
• Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally and lead toward common goals
