Job Summary

An information technology staffing firm is in need of a Remote Healthcare Biller and Collector II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining a detailed electronic tracking system of all billed accounts
• Conducting various mathematical calculations
• Attending meetings within Patient Financial Services

Position Requirements Include:

• High School or equivalent
• 5-10 years collections experience or payer contracts including prior experience in health care
• Experience working with facility/technical claims (UB-04) required
• Strong knowledge of 3rd party/government billing/collection and reimbursement requirements
• Working knowledge and understanding of laws governing collection practices
• Working knowledge of insurance and medical terminology
