Job Summary
A biotechnology company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Billing and Reimbursement Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Contact clients and patients with information on our Financial Assistance Program
- Document all phone calls and follow up activities
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of data entry
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 of year recent experience in both professional and facility billing, and collections
- Proficient using a computer, accurate data entry, and have above average typing skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office, including Excel
- Familiarity with laboratory billing, Xifin, EDI enrollment, payer portals, and Salesforce
