Job Summary

A medical technology solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Billing Customer Service Associate in Carrollton.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing all aspects of patient A/R processes (statements, collections, responding to patient inquiries)
  • Answering incoming patient calls and assisting patients with questions about billing statements
  • Logging client issues in an internal tracking system

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to work 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer services skills and high level of professionalism
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
