Job Summary
A market research agency has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Brand Strategy and Insights Associate Director .
Must be able to:
- Know your clients by understanding the goals of your clients’ organizations and recognize your clients’ individual roles in achieving those goals
- Create trusted relationships with senior level clients that drive great work and account growth.
- Ensure we are delivering what our clients’ expect and communicate with finance on revenue implications as they arise.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven insatiably curious leader who believes in making healthcare more human
- Ability to keenly understand clients’ business challenges and are proactive in your approach to guide their decision-making
- Demonstrated passion for healthcare and ideally have experience working closely with healthcare insights (including both patient and physician) in a marketing/brand management, planning or market research role
- Ability to demonstrate and coach your teams in client empathy, client stewardship and commercial skills
- Ability to conduct research by devising creative, focused and effective activities, projects and frameworks that generate insights
- Relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience ideally in market research and data analysis, consumer insights, marketing/brand management with a focus on physicians and/or hospital and surgical products
