Job Summary
A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Broker Agent Service Representative in North Richland Hills.
Must be able to:
- Retrieve commission statements & any other reports, pdfs, emails, mail, or documents necessary to process agent commissions
- Convert statements, which may include manually keying the statement from PDF into Excel format
- Ensure that each commission statement is in good order & matches business specifications as identified by internal & external partners
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of work experience
- Ability to work overtime during peak season
- Experience with Microsoft Office software applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft Outlook
