A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Broker Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving broker issues by researching causes and working with internal departments
- Responding to inbound calls, voicemails and emails from brokers seeking assistance
- Exercising discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years previous Broker Support Representative experience for a health plan in a call center setting
- Strong understanding of Medicare and healthcare operations
- Detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast-changing environment
