Job Summary
A managed healthcare and benefits company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Broker Support Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Supervise Broker Services Coordinators within unit
- Supervise day to day operations, including workforce management within call platform
- Handle broker/sales agent appeals, grievances and escalations
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years experience in a call center environment
- Ability to support ad hoc reporting
- Ability to supervise Broker Services Coordinators within unit
- Ability to educate broker/sales agents on plan benefits in all markets
- Ability to handle broker/sales agent appeals, grievances and escalations
