Must be able to:

• Source new client business opportunities through various methods
• Maintain and expand prospects and pipeline within the strategic area of focus for the company
• Negotiate business contracts with consultants and clients

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7- 10+ years of professional experience in direct sales, with demonstrable results achieved
• Extensive experience directly interfacing with clients
• Ability to effectively handle client issues, challenges, escalations, and managing to successful outcomes
• Ability to perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment
• Experience in health/medical industry highly preferred and understanding of self-funded benefit plans
