Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Business Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Report directly to VP of Business Operations
- Monitor member requests and correspondence and coordinate with other departments
- Serve as an internal expert and to effectively lead and support performance improvement initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or
- Equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in a healthcare-related, non-profit, philanthropy, customer service, or service industry role
- 2+ years management experience
- Experience successfully implementing and managing projects within healthcare organizations
- Strong proficiency in computer software navigation
