Job Summary
A non-profit, faith-based healthcare organization is in need of a Remote Healthcare Call Center Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule physician practice appointments
- Complete the pre-registration process and verify insurance benefits
- Obtain specialist referrals when needed and articulate well when speaking to patients, family members, employees and medical staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- First 90 days of employment will be on site in the department
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Significant customer service experience
- Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills
