Job Summary

A non-profit, faith-based healthcare organization is in need of a Remote Healthcare Call Center Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule physician practice appointments
  • Complete the pre-registration process and verify insurance benefits
  • Obtain specialist referrals when needed and articulate well when speaking to patients, family members, employees and medical staff

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • First 90 days of employment will be on site in the department
  • High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Significant customer service experience
  • Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills
