Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls regarding benefits and clarify plans' policies and procedures
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide resolutions to their inquiries
- Navigate multiple systems to ensure accurate information and escalate complaints as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- 6 months of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of Call Center experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry is preferred
- Successful completion of a customer service assessment & typing test
