Job Summary

An insurance company. needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Implementation Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing campaign creation and tracking new program installations
  • Documenting, testing, and communicating new installations to all stakeholders
  • Providing regular feedback on Call Center implementations

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Project Management experience or equivalent
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Working knowledge of call center operations
  • Strong computer skills; 55 WPM
  • Ability to work successfully under high pressure
