Job Summary
A company that delivers tech-enabled care services is in need of a Remote Healthcare Call Center Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling a high volume of outbound calls
- Receiving inbound customer calls to schedule appointments
- Presenting a positive and professional face to clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Discretion, ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication skills, friendly and conversational with members
- Solid PC and accurate data entry skills, experience with MS Office
- Previous call center experience is highly desirable
