A company that delivers tech-enabled care services is in need of a Remote Healthcare Call Center Professional.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Handling a high volume of outbound calls
• Receiving inbound customer calls to schedule appointments
• Presenting a positive and professional face to clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Discretion, ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good communication skills, friendly and conversational with members
• Solid PC and accurate data entry skills, experience with MS Office
• Previous call center experience is highly desirable
