Remote Healthcare Call Center Rep

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist patients with medically related inquiries
• Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients and document interactions accurately
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information while adhering to Federal Health Care Program guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience
• Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
