To support patients in obtaining their prescriptions, the part-time hourly Remote Healthcare Call Center Rep will assist with inbound and outbound calls, provide empathetic service, and utilize call center software to manage accounts and communicate with insurance companies.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist patients with prescription medication inquiries and concerns
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls while ensuring quality service and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous call center experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Proficient in using computers and call center software
  • Ability to work from a quiet location with a reliable internet connection
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
