Job Summary
APS Medical Billing, located in Toledo Ohio, is seeking Healthcare Call Center Representatives to handle inbound calls from patients regarding their bills, EOBs, setting up payment plans, etc. The goal is to resolve patient inquiries regarding billing issues. This is a fast paced position.
Medical Billing Call Center Representative Requirements:
Customer Service experience
Call Center experience (preferred)
Medical Insurance/Billing knowledge (preferred)
Data Entry - Must be able to input data quickly and accurately
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to multitask on tasks between calls
Able to work 2nd shift - 11:30am to 8pm EST
